another sweet lady from you...I very much like the banner of buttons, ribbon, beads, etc running along holding the peace bead...

Lisa, that would be fun (quiltie swap). Right now I'm doing this chunky book thing and not doing it well, I might add. I did all my pages and have to do them all over because I forgot to leave the mod podge off the one side. booohoooooooo.

Thanks Hulda and thanks for the answer.I"ll have to get some organza.

Me, thank you. That was so relaxing and meditative to do...I watched Hallmark all night lol "Love comes softly" "love's enduring promise" and "Love's abiding joy." It's almost sweeter than I can stand but it was nice beading and sewing tv. :) Today I've just had nice "rain" music playing and candles lit and sewed my heart out. Good weekend all in all!

Amy, thanks so much. I bought some new fabric over the weekend. It was fun to have new colors to play with.

Sombraknight, thanks a bunch.

Gemma, thank you. Gosh, what a nice thing to say.

Wow! What a treat to have a random stranger post on my blog and track back to find another great one! I really like your work and your articles.
You're on the art-gift list, so you'll see a piece of mine up close and personal soon.
Don't forget to email me your snail mail addy!

Great colors, Lisa! By the way, I'm still working on the crocheted, patchwork bag; if only I was as productive as you have been :)
