Life Unfolds

I wanted to share this interview that my friend, Jennifer Lee, did on The View From the Bay. I love what she says about balance not being static. That makes it feel so much more attainable.

Jenn is a really wonderful person with a big heart for other people. She practices self care as well and her life is beautiful proof that practicing self care does not mean living a selfish life, as so many of us think when we hear those words.

In fact, I think it makes us less selfish because we are replenished and have so much to give and the love and gratitude born of contentment to propel us into service.

Watch Jenn and check out Life Unfolds. One of these days, very soon, I am going to purchase her Right-brain Business Plan and take one of her workshops.

Lisa,

I love Jenn's site I want to get her unfolding your life's vision kit. I will someday. The interview was great. My word for the year is balance so it was very appropriate for me. Thanks.
