Good Morning

I hope everyone is doing well. There isn't much to report here. More bliss, although it is bliss through sore muscles and blisters. ha! They have been working me. I thought I was pretty tough but after Monday, I came home, ate, took a hot bath and was just going to lay down for a minute. I think it may have been 4am when I woke up next. It's good for me, though, and makes me appreciate how easy my job as a cashier is.

Yesterday, while I was off work, Patrick and I went to the LifeStreams Center. I'd been wanting to go there for years. They do a lot of wholistic/alternative healing things. They have a nice bookstore. We really just went to look around. The Director and Patrick got to talking, though, and Patrick mentioned that he's a Reiki and Tantra Master so there may be some teaching there in his future.

Patrick mentioned a couple of her books being by Louise Hay. It turns out that she and Louise are friends. She actually has done Feng Shui in Louise's home and has done some writing/book work about Feng Shui. Her story is one of those timing things that gives you chills to hear about.

Speaking of Louise automatically leads to talk about gratitude and it dawned on me to mention my gratitude beads. She said right away to bring them in and she'd see if she could sell them. I live really close so later I took some beads over.

I've been thinking that once I am a SoulCollage Facilitator, maybe I can teach that at the Center.

I loved being there. It's a very peaceful place.

We continue to look at our vision board, write our dreams down and visualize. It is amazing how it works.

It's hard not to deal with the "hows." It is our nature to try and figure out just how we will make these things happen.

But the point is that we don't make it happen.

All we have to do is to determine what we want and then believe that we already have it. We have to believe it so much that we already feel grateful and happy about it. Then all that's left is to ACT as though this thing we want is on it's way, making the necessary changes.

The Universe manifests it.

Even after watching it happen over and over again in my own life, I find it incredible. Yet, it's absolutely CREDIBLE!

It is just the way life is, whether we believe it or not.

Have a wonderful day today. Take 5 minutes to imagine that the thing you want most is already yours. Then feel thankful for it. Jump up and down with glee if you have to. Then, think of what would have to be different in your life to accomodate this new thing and make it different.

Thinking, feeling and acting. We do that all the time anyway. Why not think, feel and act on what we wish to have? Why not make our lives the way we want them to be rather than just creating more of the same?

I love you guys!

Oh, Ang, those paintings are standard size paper, 8.5" x 11". I'm terrible at email and stuff these days. (oops, let's see...I should say, I am doing a great job of emailing everyone and staying on top of everything.) :)

That place sounds very peaceful. I used to have a favourite shop like that. Then it changed...

It is hard to not think about the "how"s and just believe that what you want is already yours.

You are an inspiration. Keep being happy!

Lisa,

What a wonderful post. I agree with everyone else who commented that is so great to see you so happy. To have a partner on the same path must be really awesome.

I think selling the gratitude beads is a wonderful idea.

You are such a great example for all of us.
