I used my cheap acrylics and watered them down and made swirls with a stippling brush. I think that's what you call it. The one used in stenciling that has the blunt end. I used a pencil eraser (well, where the eraser was before it wore out) to make the dots. Mademoiselle Helena has great tips that she's very generous to share. Just click on the create tag.

The face and legs/feet are mine. I was about three. I was sitting on Santa's lap. It was funny last night. I was looking at my feet and how I have them overlapped in the photo. Then I started laughing because my feet were exactly the same way at that moment. I am laughing now because as I started to type this, I realized they are that way now too. LOL I didn't realize how often I did this with my feet when I'm sitting.

I started Tim's granddaughter's little book. This is the front cover.

Hope everyone has a great day. I say I'm going to clean but I can already feel the "desk" calling me. I dreamed about making inchies last night. I woke up ready to do some.

I did do some laundry and change sheets and stuff like that yesterday so maybe I'm not too far gone. hehe

That picture is cool, so how are your feet as you are reading this? Hehehehe

I love the book cover too, very pretty, I'm sure she'll love it.

Hugs for the weekend, happy cleaning and crafting.

Hey Frogster! Sorry to be away so long, you have been busy as usual.
Not to sound dumb or un-artistic, but do tell, what is an inchie?
And don't tell me a unit of measurement!

Hi Lisa, It is always so neat to know that inspiration just keeps going around and around. I know your little board book will be great and I'll be back to see the pages as you progress. They are really so fun. I'm working on another but it is under cover for now. Thanks for telling me about yours.

Lisa I love your collages/mixed media - you are one creative lady! I laughed when I read about you crossing your feet, cause I looked down, and had mine crossed too, lol
