I made this a while ago but couldn't get a decent picture of it. We finally installed our scanner. I'm so much happier getting to scan things in. It's so disappointing to work on something and then have the pictures not turn out. I was pretty pleased with this. You can click on it to see it a bit bigger.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I have some other things I want to show. I altered an old wooden box I've had for a while. I'm using it to hold my finished paper inchies. Unfortunately, the tradeoff for having the scanner plugged in is that I have to get on my hands and knees to undo it and plug in my camera wire. So, needless to say, I'm not in a hurry to do that. lol I will eventually though.

Have a great day. I'll probably be back. I feel a good art day coming on.

Oooooo lovely Lisa. I love butterflies, this is very pretty. I could make something a little similar with our little ones, lots of glue, more beads. It'd be messier than your beautiful creation but I think they'd enjoy it.

BTW I just popped over to inspect your carpets...hehehehehe ;)

Thanks for dropping in to say hello on my blog Lisa. I am enjoying my visit at your blog .. so much to inspire me to get at my own crafting. That part of me has been neglected for too long!

I can see why that was so hard to photograph.

Very nice and it is cool to be able to see more detail in your photos!

I can totally understand about the plug-in out thing all the time. I finally installed 2 front ports on my comp for flash, mouse and my camera or I'd be lost in a knitting ball of wires under the desk..
Love the art Lisa.it's beautiful..

It's lovely!

I hope you have a creative day today as well! Me and my laptop is off to a cafe right now, where me and my friend will meet up for a cup of coffee and write our "homework". Not that creative, but I still enjoy it :-)

Love,
Elisabeth

Lovely flutterby, Lisa! Glad you got your scanner hooked up so we could see it - I love how easy it is to scan something in - I always have problems getting the light right to photograph. Hope you had a good weekend as well.
