Sweet, right?

I am having more fun than a girl should be allowed! I will make more of these now that I've figured out a way to do it. I love the way they clank on the glass...like windchimes. I should try to maneuver some work into my schedule today. All this crafting; what's a girl to do? hmmm laundry, mowing, washing the car..........there's always tomorrow, right? Then again..I'm doing the needleroll stitch-a-long tomorrow. Oh dear. When will I fit in responsibility?

What pretty jug covers!

I love windchimes, but I think they'd drive Mr Husband mad, lol. Hmm, maybe I should get some for my birthday ;o)

lol naughty wifey :)

Thanks for the comment. I hope she likes it. If not....she can give it back to me at Christmas. lol I'm almost finished with her sachet but may have to buy more lavender to fill it.

I washed Tim's scrubs and I washed the car and put the cover on it. Hmmm...and supper is in the crockpot, so I'm back to crafting. :)

You used your car cover!! Good girl! I seem to remember you saying you had one but never used it...am I correct in my memory banks?

Lisa said...

Yes! I got one and used it once or twice and then put it in the trunk and keep forgetting about it. The car is white and sits under a tree so you can imagine what it must have looked like.

You have a good memory.

Speaking of memory...I just opened the refrigerator to find that I had put the peanut butter in there...then I didn't see the jelly and went to look and sure enough...it was in the cabinet. lol

That is so freaky, I was looking for our peanut butter this morning. Guess where it was? Yep in the fridge!! Lol, that's too funny.

They`re really sweet :-)

I`ve been thinking of making lavender sachets but I haven`t found somewhere to buy lavender :-(

The only place I have found it is at our local food co-op. Do you have anything like that? A place where they sell in bulk...organic foods and stuff?

If not, let me know. I have to go buy more and if you wanted to give me your address by email, I could pick up some extra and send it.:)

I was very tempted by the needleroll stitchalong too! I will possibly do it next month, after I have kitted the sweetheart tree pattern I received in a swap.

Your jug covers are very sweet and old fashioned!

Emma Oh good. It's fun. I didn't do it last month so I'm looking forward to it even more this month.

Sweetheart Tree stuff is so pretty. It's really cool that you got that in a swap!

Stitching, crafting.. those things should always take priority hehe. It's all good as long you're having fun. :) It's guaranteed that responsibility will always fit into your life. It's good to take a break every now and then and just relax and enjoy your hobbies.

Lisa said...

Karen, I have certainly done that today. hehe

Oooh, cute covers ... the look lovely.
I agree, though, crafting and fun stuff should always take priority over responsibility ... teehee !!
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend (It is Saturday afternoon here !!)
Take care, Meow
