I've been tidying up my laundry room this morning. It was a mess. I added this clothespin bag I made a couple of weeks ago. I made it from a pillowcase that I thought had a nice pattern. The blue bottles (you can just see one of them) were thrifted and filled with detergent and fabric softener. It kind of brightens that corner a bit.

I love that picture! The bag is so cute - just perfect with the blue bottles :)
Thanks Amy! It sure brightened up that little corner. By the way, your profile pic makes me smile. You look so pretty in your hat!
Cute PEG-bag ;o)
Talking of profile images, I love the colours on your new profile image. What is it a picture of? My favourite colours!
Peg bag hehehehe. Ohhhh my profile pic came about by accident. I was making a profile pic for flickr using a pic of the baby shoes. It showed me a big picture saying telling me to move the square onto the part of the picture I wanted to show, which was way more wonderful than using the shoes, so I quickly made it my profile pic here. Yay. Thanks for noticing it. I love your favorite colors.
Hi Lisa! It was really a good idea to sew a bag out of a pillowcase. And I like the idea of the blue bottles too. Inspiering! :) I can see you have a new icon picture too. :)
Hi Lisa, I've been a little busy week and trying to catch up on my blogging friends. I love the bag. And your new profile pic is cute.

Hi Hulda! Thanks. It feels good to be inspiring because I am constantly inspired by you and others.
Kristi, I saw your great VBS pics. Looked like everyone had a great time. I couldn't comment because it was early morning and I have a loud keyboard. lol Thanks for the nice comment.
You have a LOUD keyboard? I'm giggling at that right now. How is it loud....I must know. :)

LOL It's an old clickety-clackety keyboard and my stepdaughter is sleeping on the couch this summer, which is just a few feet away.
I never realized how loud and annoying it is until I tried to take a nap one day and my son was typing. lol
So pretty Lisa! I love to use bottles for everyday things. (o:
Mrs. B. Thank you! I've always loved bottles, too. They used to make a flavored water drink that came in the prettiest little blue bottles. I kept them for the longest time and put little flowers in them. I don't know why I finally got rid of them but I'd sure like to have them now. Funny how we go through stages.
It looks very pretty & has a fresh look over it! I can almost sense the smell of fresh, clean laundry :-)
Bottles are great, they can really make a difference in a room.
Lol, my hubby has moaned about our loud keyboard when he's trying to sleep. Our computer is nowhere near the bedroom! I like the sound, it makes me sound like some professional typist (60 words a minute don't ya know). :o)
Elisabeth, what a neat description!
LOL Sarah..that's how I feel when I get to use a laptop.
Lisa,
I love your clothespin bag, it's charming. That's a great idea to use the bottles for detergent and fabric softener...I do that with my dish detergent
Debbie
What a nice way to display your detergent and fabric softener. Thanks for the inspiration and ideas. The bag came out great. You give me too many ideas, Lisa. What are you doing to me? lol ;)
