Yay!

I was walking out to check the mail and found this box on my front porch. I brought it in and as soon as I opened the flaps, the smell of lavender drifted to my nose. mmmmm. The bag was all wrapped up in tissue and a pretty ribbon. Accompanying it were a lovely sachet and a pretty little handkerchief. The bag! The bag is amazing. It's so well made. I barely got to look at it because hubby was oohing and aahing and examining it. He says it was a steal! lol (Raise your prices Debbie!) I am so happy with it. It's beautiful just to look at, it smells of lavender and it is so roomy. I have already filled it with a dozen different sets of things in my mind..for all sorts of different outings.

Thank you Debbie. I love it!

Yey! How exciting, such a pretty bag. My little B would steal it straight away, she is so girly. :o)

My Hulda, you are very technologically advanced, I can only just send text messages!

Oh Hulda, How neat that you can read at the cabin. lol I feel like I'm there now, too. :) I love the bag. Debbie does awesome work.

Sarah, It is definitely girly. It's so big and roomy. I just can't get over it.

Kristi, yes! The Postal Service sent it in the wrong direction and it STILL made it here in less than a week. :) She got it out right away.

Lisa, it is very pretty! Would you say the size is more for carrying as a satchel for various items like on a weekend trip (I don't mean a suitcase but more a larger LL Bean tote) rather than a purse for a trek to the grocery store? Just wondering since you said it was a good size.

It's beautiful!!! It looks like it's really big, too. Enjoy it!

Thanks guys.

Deb, Yes it's big enough to use as an overnight bag or, as Debbie suggested in the description of it on her site, as a beach bag. I will probably use it also to return books to the library. I always go in peeking over a stack of books.

And inside it has big pockets!
