Shedding

Whoohoo! We are getting this shed today. I am so happy. We are in bad need of this shed. It may save my sanity. :) I know what Flylady says about organizing clutter, but when hubby says the clutter must not be thrown out, one just hopes against hope that a shed will become affordable. And it did. We thought it was a misprint! Turns out it was drastically reduced and will soon be sitting in back of my house and I will be gaining living space. Hubby will have a place to do his woodworking again.

I couldn't sleep last night, so I cut more fabric. I cut it into little triangles which I will sew together. Right now each set of triangles is pinned together so that I don't lose any. I still can't find that cute teapot button. Hmmm, if I were a button where would I be?

That sounds lovely, Lisa. We can always do with a little more space, can we?
I hope you find that button. I have learned the hard way that storing each project with all its supplies into a ziplock bag really helps. Maybe it'll help you too!

Have a lovely, sunny day!

Nice shed! Ours is damp, leaks and would make flylady have a fit! :o)

Great shed...it is so nice to have somewhere to put things.
For the button, I suggest looking for something altogether different...I have found more "missing" items that way. :)

I like your shed too. It looks great in the garden. And it is practical too. :) I hope you find the button! Have a nice day! :)

Roberta, Good idea! I just looked again. I just know I put it somewhere so I wouldn't lose it. lol

Hulda, I wish I could say that is my garden. That is actually a picture of the one we have. It is still unassembled in the back of Tim's truck. lol I hope I can make it look that neat around it. I will just be happy to get rid of some of the things that are making me frustrated to look at. :)

I can totally understand Lisa! Good for you!

I hope you find your button. Sometimes when I can't find something I ask God to find it for me and I've always been able to find it. (o:

YAY! More space. What everyone wants deep down. :) Enjoy your new shed. And I agree with Roberta about the button. It never fails, when you finally give up on the lost item, and look for something else, it always magically appears. ;) Good luck with your search.

hello Lisa, just stopped by to catch up with your lastest posts. The little shed will come in so handy:)

are you going to be needleroll SAL-ing this coming weekend?

Mrs. B and Karen, I did end up looking for something else a bit more pressing this afternoon, but I'm actually happy to report that I found it even though the button is still missing. lol

Katrina, I forgot all about the SAL. After I finished my first needleroll, it just sort of went out of my head. I'll see what I can come up with. :) I've been itching to do another one.

Sorry for some reason got the giggles over your word "shedding", makes you sound like a golden retriever and then everyone is so supportive of your new shed.

I love this blogging we can share the things we get excited about that our husbands would no doubt look bemused over (although most men do love a good shed!) Blessings Lisa, I love your blog.

You will LOVE having a shed! Ours has surely been worth the money! I have to try and not take it over with all my gardening stuff though..or it will end up like my husband's workshop--full of my things!

lol He has already foreseen this problem and is planning a potting shed for me. Wise, isn't he?
