This is Nick, my soon-to-be 17 year old son. Where did the time go? Nick is smart, calm and has a huge heart. He is working on getting his pilot's license and will soon have his driver's license. He is loyal to his friends and sweet and respectful to his parents. I love you Nicholas.

Another handsome young man and a touching tribute. :o)
Aww thank you :) And I'm glad you enjoyed the hymn. It's a good'n. :)
It's so nice to be meeting your family. I'm with you on where the time goes! My oldest turned 17 in December and is graduating from high school in a couple of weeks. Time really does go fast, but I never believed it when they were little!
I didn't believe it either.
By the way,I tried to comment on your blog but I couldn't see the word verification thingey. You cracked me up with your comment about the Lord seeing fit to change your schedule three days in a row. lol It's nice you were able to switch gears, do some stitching and stuff.
My 17yo son just recently got his pilot's license. He is graduating high school in 2 weeks and will be going to a local university to get an aviation/business degree! It's pretty amazing having your son fly you around town... I've only flown twice with him, but I've loved it each time. Enjoy! Teri
Hi Teri, I remember seeing the pic of you and your son in the cockpit. I thought that was awesome. I haven't flown with Nick yet, of course, and I hope I have the nerve when the time comes. lol So glad you stopped by.
Oh Lisa, Nick and Wolfgang would have great fun together. Wolfgang wants to be a pilot, hence, the Air Force Academy!
