A Long but Great Week

This is a little painting I'm working on. There's still a good bit of work (play) to be done on her but I'm liking where she's going.

My side of the business is turning into a fulltime job and that is a good thing. I've been really busy this week making campaigns and getting new restaurants and merchants set up on the site. Patrick is getting new businesses like crazy! I'm so proud of him. And I'm happy for our merchants because we love helping them.

We had a little bit of excitement yesterday morning. We were interviewed for a local business paper. We're so proud to be a part of it. It's a great publication called the Valley Business Front.

I'm going to have an article in the Lifestream Center Newspaper, too, about SoulCollage. I just finished that up this morning and sent it in and she's happy with it. That's really exciting for me!

So, it's been a great week with some brand new experiences that were kind of scary but were ultimately the right thing to do and ended up being fun.

I have a few things I need to get done today and some new mixed media art books to pick up from the library (yay!) and then I'm hoping to get back to that little cutie up there.

Oh, and I also hope to get back to blogging about the 12 Secrets of Highly Creative Women. I have been reading it but just haven't been blogging about it. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

Have a great Friday!

Your art is getting more and more wonderful. And your life is going along the same path. I'm so happy for you. Loved that crone face in the laundry. Sometimes I see faces in the verdigris tile on my bathroom floor and think of drawing them but never do. Never mind...don't ask!
