Sacred Sunday

It is Sunday again, a beautiful cool morning here and I hear Mozart playing in the kitchen as I type this.

I don't have anything profound to say here. I haven't participated in Sacred Sunday for a while and I think it is a wonderful thing so I just wanted to be here this day.

I am grateful for the sacred connections made here. I am grateful for a place to share and to learn from others.

I read a wonderful quote from Totally Unique Thoughts that said, "don't let those who are not in tune with you distract you from those who are." That is such a beautiful thought, I think! Often we give our attention to the very ones who are not in tune with us because we want to make them be in tune with us or figure out why they aren't! But, the truth is, there are so many people who are in vibration with us. If we do not get distracted, we will find them and nurture beautiful friendships.

I have written this quote on a card so that I see it every time I walk through the kitchen. It is my new mantra and is very helpful in my decision making. I hope it speaks to you today. (if you need it)
