I was awake first this morning. I padded down to the kitchen, started the coffee and then grabbed a 5"x7"canvas and some paints.
This is what I ended up with.
I'm really enjoying these new characters who are showing up on my canvas. They make me smile. I hope they continue to introduce themselves to me.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I worked yesterday but am off today and tomorrow and plan to thoroughly enjoy it. In fact, I've already started enjoying it.
Love to you, my friends.

I'm loving them too. I love Outsider Folk Art! Dd and I went to a Recycled Art Festival at the Farmers Market for my BD and their was a Man their that painted on recycled Styrofoam. He made a TV screen on two sides that was pretty cool. I told him about an Old Man that I knew who use to say that all he need to get reception up in these hills was two wires and a mirror. He laughed. His stuff was pretty cool and he even had his art made into Greeting Cards. Loving Your Little, Virginian Visual Visitors!
I feel the dancing spirit of joy in you....I see it in your colors....hear it in your words. Art has come back to you....a smiling heart has come back to you. It is a pleasure to witness both. Run with that muse that's coming forth, making you smile and us enjoying the results!
XOXOXOXOXO
