In a baking mood

All that's left of yesterday's scones.

Beer bread and a Bloody Mary before dinner. Why not? The bread was still warm. I couldn't resist.

You're braver than me! Once it gets hot my oven is on vacation!! Even with a/c it heats up the house too much. At least that's the excuse I use!

Oo! Beer Bread! I'd love to give that a try! :) We make another bread with active yeast that's way yummy and oh so easy, but we're getting tired of making the same recipe and it's time to JAZZ it up! :)

I clicked on over from Ravelry when I saw that we're in the same area! I'm about an hour north of Roanoke and am totally new to the community. I just started a blog too! :) Your's looks really great!

I made Beer Bread once. When
I opened the bottle of beer up,
I imediately got a headache
from the smell of it. I will
not be making beer bread
again even though it did
taste good. lol!

God Bless You and Yours!!!

PS. Have you been getting
ads inside your blog entries
after you post it and b/4 you
look at your post?

I think that is so weird.

If you write something about
Chocolate, a chocolate ad
comes up. They imediately
know what you are writing
about and match it.

God Bless You and Yours!!!
