I finally decided yesterday to get something up here for the ONE World-ONE Heart Giveaway, which you can read all about here.
When I told Patrick about it, he said that he'd like to participate, as well. He will do his giveaway through my blog, if that's ok.
So, here's what we're giving away:
This is the doll that I had as a WIP yesterday. I had sooooooooo much fun putting her together. She's 11 inches tall. Her "hair" is sewn on, as are the beads. The shells are hot glued on and so are a couple of the pearls because I couldn't get a needle through them. (Not the ones around her neck...they're sewn on.)
Here's a closeup of some of the goodies on her. I loaded her up.
This pic is just so you can get an idea of how much bigger she is than the dolls I usually make. I will definitely be making more of these. I really enjoyed it and I just love looking at her.
Patrick chose this assemblage with the little heart! How appropriate! It's one of my favorites of his pieces.
All you have to do to enter is to leave a comment on this post. Your name will be entered twice. Once for each piece of art. You DO NOT have to have a blog to enter, so please don't let that stop you. You don't have to offer anything or be crafty or artsy or any such thing. You just have to want stuff. :)
We're really excited to be participating. I remember last year and how much fun it was. This is such a great community and I am so proud and happy to be a part of it.
