Some stuff and an award!

I put my ribbons in this basket. Under it is a journal that I tied ribbons to. Under that is another stool I want to paint and collage.
We thought this was a nest until I saw the picture blown up and saw that it was a mourning dove. Cool, huh?
I'm still putting this little quiltie together; just trying out different fabrics and things. I can't quite make up my mind on what I want to do.
I crocheted this dishcloth over the weekend.
And started this redwork angel. I love redwork and it feels so good to be stitching again.
This is a better view of our vision board. I'm loving my new camera. You can see the old pics I put on there of Patrick and me and then the new one in the middle of us together.
This is the flyer I put out yesterday for my upcoming workshop. This one has an arrow on it that the others don't. I had to scooch it up a bit and reprint it but I forgot to take a pic of the new one.
This is a little shot of the bed with the pillows I appliqued a while back.
We have really dark paneling in this apartment and we can't paint, so we decided to hang the sarong I got from Ebay up there to brighten things up a bit. That's our vision board in front of it. We just moved it there yesterday. We have to keep moving it around or we don't "see" it anymore.
This is my little SoulCollage space. I have goddess cards I bought from Chrysalis Moon Designs
on Etsy. The little froggy is soap and was given to me by Kai. The candles are from her, too. The box belonged to my grandmother and contains my SoulCollage cards.

I cannot even express how happy it made me to get this award from Janet! Thank you, Janet, from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Now I get to pass it on. There are so many wonderful blogs. I have about 400 on my sidebar alone! But I can't pick 400 blogs. :) So, MissSophie (and not just because I won your art LOL), my new wonderful friend, Ladybug, Patricia, Suzie, Janet (and not just because you gave it to me) :), Violette, Suziblu and Ricë. There are other blogs I love and bloggers I love, but for today, these are the ones who Make My Day!

I love coming here with a nice big cup of Blackcurrant tea and wrapped up in a warm sweater, because I know I can stay a while, read and wonder over all the goodies you've posted and come away from the experience inspired, refreshed and happy.
Bright blessings and happy new year to you and patrick.

Fabulous embroidery. And I love that you photographed the mourning dove. I had one sit on my balcony once.

Love your Vision Board, and your embroidery is so so lovely, it remings me of the gorgeous handmade things that my Grandma would lovingly stitch by hand...I wish she had taught me.

So many many great pictures, Happy New Year to you :)

=^..^= Hi Lisa!

Stopping by to do a little catching up on blogs I missed while my computer was on the fritz (months of no internet is NOT fun I have concluded!) ...

I am loving getting to see your vision board! I have one too, but never have seen anothers so this is a treat. Mine is a corkboard with pins and I add to it as the dream strikes and the journey continues ::GRIN::

Hope to see you pop on by in the OneWorld-OneHeart circle of visiters this year. The fun begins February first at my blog!

::Wishing:: for you wonder and joy everywhere your dreams take you ...

=^..^= love, zU
