This piece is the result of the past several days. I did the background a few days ago and added the images tonight. It means tons to me but I can't seem to pin it down to a word or phrase. So I'm leaving it for now.

Tim says I'm thinking too hard. Maybe.

He was supposed to leave for California tomorrow but got a short repreive so we have a couple of more days before he has to go. Yay! :)

He got tons of stuff done today, which is cool. We tried out my tiller and that was fun.

I think I'll go sit with him a bit and give my poor muse a break...or wait for her to come back. I think she went out for gum or something.

Hope you're having a good week everyone. Lotsa love to ya.

I have ideas galore building up inside but for the life of me they just won't burst out.... sometimes you just don't need words.

I love the blues and greens in this piece. Don't worry your muse will be back - wonder what kind of gum she'll have with her :-)
(That cracked me up!)

"I'm having an art block!"

Awwwwww.... Now don't you fret. Maybe your muse just needs a little rest. :-)

I bet, if you don't try so hard, she will come back and sit on your shoulder.

BLUE AND GREEN is my favorite color combo of all time...Has been for years. Something about the intensely deep gray blue of thunderstorms coming over the trees - a Kansas thing I guess.

And did you know that conversion simply means 'to turn' turning back to God -

Oh - it is so lovely. Can you tell I am speaking loudly in excitement?

I will buy this one if you decide to sell it. If you don't, I totally understand.

I think you're off to a great start with this one. Just let it sit a bit and talk to you and it will tell you what it needs. Have a great weekend!

I love the colors of this and you really see the images when you enlarge the photo - very ethereal! I am finding if I even attempt to force the issue the worse it gets in terms of being stuck. Let it go and suddenly you'll have an 'ah-ha' moment!
Gum eh? That made me laugh!
I'm glad you have a couple more days with Tim!
XOXO
