Switch covers

Switch covers
Originally uploaded by GroggyFroggy.
I was looking for something last night and ran across a light switch cover, so of course, I immediately started gluing stuff to it. I did another one this morning. Fun stuff. Amazing what you can do with mod podge and Elle magazine.

A few folks asked where I am published. The article that sold last week was on a site called Constant-Content where publishers (usually of websites) buy articles. I'm not sure who bought it from the site.

I do also write for a magazine called AlteRnative Trends, an art magazine. I am the copy editor but occasionally write things. It's available on stands and in WalMart and other places in Canada. I have a box of the latest issue I need to get out and about and see if I can get it going here in the states.

Sarah, I couldn't remember if I ever answered your question about "Fallen" and "Restored." They are done on wood. Some little plaque things I had picked up at a craft store ages ago.

Have I told you guys lately that I love you? :) This community brings me so much joy. Thank you.

What great outlet covers! Now I want to try. I have a switchplate cover of Frida at my office at work, that someone else did - I've been meaning to try doing one myself for ages - thanks for switching that idea back on :-)

I've covered switchplates with wallpaper, but yours are much more 'cool'. Great idea! Debbie
