Wednesday (Creative Title,huh?)

I crocheted a couple more dishcloths for my shop. Well, one and a half. I made these a touch bigger so I ran out of yarn. I'll get more today and finish. I'm going to make some for myself. I just love them.I heart a crocheted dishcloth

Yesterday I painted this drawer thingey I got at goodwill. I got it several months ago and it's been a few different colors. I think I'm finally happy with it.

Today is date day. After a couple of errands, we can relax and enjoy some time "out" together.

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Hi Lisa! Lovely things to gaze at on your blog, as usual! I love that dishcloth colour, so pretty! And you did a great job with that "hutch" (don't know why, it evokes a hutch to me!) What a pretty arrangement.
Hope your date was great! :)

Oooooh - I love the transformation of the drawer...I wouldn't not have seen that particular potential in it!! Beautiful...

BTW I got a catalog in the mail yesterday, one that I love to look at and I thought of you and wondered if you've ever got it. It is a wonderful place to get ideas - the samplers in particular would be a great mine for ideas for your shop.

It's always fun to repurpose/revamp/rejuvinate something - I like how you redid the little chest and how it looks on the table.
Hope you had a great date day!

Hi! You did a wonderful job on that little drawer unit--love the bird, such a cute touch! I have to agree with you too about the hand made dish cloths--once you start using them, there is no way you can go back to the chintzy storebought ones--they just don't cut it!
Smiles, Karen
p.s. I hope you have a wonderful date night--I'm gonna have to start that around here!

I hope Blogger will let me post a comment today! At least I can see the word verification thingy (it wouldn't show it to me yesterday! stinker)
Anyway - I wanted to tell you how much I love your drawer thingy! Especially the cute little birdie.
I wish I could crochet as well as you do - your stitches and shapes look so neat and even - believe me, you would not want to see what mine look like :D
Hope you had a great date night!
