A Walk In Pictures

I took a nice brisk walk on this gorgeous fall day. I walked for about an hour and took pictures as I went along. Here are a few of them.

Oh how I wish these were things I'd see on a local walk. How lucky you are to be surrounded in this way. Thank you for sharing it.
XOXO

Wow great walk you took. I haven't seen those mountains in a long time. I enjoy it when bloggers show pics of where they are. It's like taking a vacation to places I may never get to see. I love your little doll. Been itching to make one but have been too too busy lately for much creating (drat!). And that blue quiltie art on the doorknob...is it a decoration, or a little tote, or something that holds sweet smelling stuff? Its beautiful. Tell more!!

Hi Lisa, I finally had a chance today to catch up on your blog. I was behind for the last 12 posts!! Sorry for the lack of comments lately.

Thanks for the neat pictures of your walk. Looks like such a nice place to stroll.

What a lovely area you live in Lisa. Thank you - I feel like I've had a peaceful little walking tour of your countryside myself, now, lol - only not quite so tiring, since I didn't have to climb all those stairs.

Lisa, I do feel lucky. I have to climb a long steep hill to get to the good stuff but I always feel it's worth it. :)

Isabelle, We have been having the most beautiful fall weather. I'm glad you have sunshine!

Hulda,I'm glad you enjoyed our walk together. :)

Judie, It's frustrating when you don't have time for art, isn't it? I hope you'll get a chance to make a doll soon. The little quiltie thing is only a small quilt. I put tabs on it to run the wire through. I have yet to figure out how to hang one properly so that it hangs straight. It wants to fold. I do love the idea ,though, of making a tote like this!

Deb, you've been a wee bit busy. :)I bet those mountains look pretty familiar, huh?

Kai, yes, I feel very fortunate. Just over the hill is the busy city, although it's a small one so it's not sooo busy. :)

Pam, it's so good to see you. I'm glad your computer is finally better. yay! To make the slideshow, I used photobucket. They have bucket features and you pick one, then they give you a tag and you just copy and paste it right into where you post..on the edit html tab.

Me, indeed they are. I have a time talking myself into them but I'm always glad when I go.

Plainandsimple, that's really neat. You know, I didn't even notice the mailbox until I looked at the pictures myself. LOL I liked the way it came out though.

Tinker, lol, those stairs..whew..there's a little landing halfway up and I like to stop there and sit on the railing and think. It's always peaceful right there.

Sarah, thanks. :) I've enjoyed your walking pictures in the past.
