Apron Art

I want to clarify that I'm only embellishing the aprons. I didn't make them. I picked them up at a church yard sale this past summer and have had them hanging in the front room on a coat rack to add a little color. Then I had this hair-brained scheme. :)

Here's a closeup. Apron Art

I really think you're on to something here. "The ART of wearing an apron" by GroggyFroggy! Of course you know you are inspiring me, some place I am sure not easy to find right now, I have a few aprons.Someday if I find them I may just "art them up" a bit and keep them visible!
XOXO

These are so pretty. What cute aprons ! Lol, I keep reverting to big butcher aprons rather than my prettier versions, they have more coverage :o)

I love the apron. Isn't it fun to print on cloth?!?

I had to laugh about what your son said about your photograph on the previous posting 'a tad manic'. That is why I rarely have my photo taken I always seem to end up with this creepy look on my face which is bad enough to scare children. I have never learnt to relax in front of a camera

I really like this one. And it makes perfect sense to me to show the third and still be working on the second.

Lisa Yay!

Sarah, I hear that. I confess, I never wear one anymore. It was a fun experiment though.

Thanks Debra. :)

Gemma, Tim always cooks Thanksgiving dinner. Wonder if I could get him to wear one? hehe

Sioux I am too chicken to find out. This is just a normal ol' iron on.

lol Daisy!

Ninnie, thanks. And I'm glad it makes sense. lol

Onecrabapple, LOL. That was one of the first things I read this morning (before coffee even) and you made me giggle.

I'm still trying to get caught up on everyone's posts, and I'm loving your apron art!

Have you ever seen this blog (I hope I'm getting the url right)
http://angrychicken.typepad.com/

She does lots of aprons and has apron "Tie One On" challenges that are pretty cool.

Can't wait to see what you make next!
